How safe to travel Haridwar in current situation?

I am planning to Visit Bhadrinath towards Haridwar on 23rd Sep from Hyderabad, and I will reach the Haridwar by 25th early morning. But today I saw the news that Haridwar is effected by Heavy flood and many areas in Hardiwar is submerged under water. I request some one please advise me wether to travel to Bhadrinath is safe and possible by 25th Sep.|||for these moment , please postpone ur journey as the haridwar condition is not good at these time, after resolve the flood issue u can continue with ur plan.............|||yes you can definitely travel to haridwar.seeing the news would be of no help.by 25 sept there will be no rain and flood water will be there no longer.you can easily avail and lead the life whatever you desire.|||no it is not safe to visit Haridwar
