How much will it cost to travel from the philippinnes To canada?

Hello i have a question, a friend of my from the philippinnes want to travel to canada she want to no how much it will cost to travel around October, november, janurary or feburary. Round trip.|||Round trip, Manila to Vancouver in October, around $1000 USD including taxes and such. It can go up or down $100 USD depending upon the actual dates you want to travel|||Flights are cheapest in mid January and February because people are done their Christmas and New Years traveling and the airline just want people in the seats.
