Travel....?

Where do you get a tourist card to travel from USA to Venezuela?|||REQUIREMENTS FOR U.S. CITIZENS TO OBTAIN VISA TO ENTER VENEZUELA


Consular jurisdiction applies to Venezuela visas - TDS can only process applications for persons who are residents of the following states: DC, KY, MD, OH, VA, WV.





Special requirements exist for U.S. Official and Diplomatic passport holders. Tourist and business visa requirements for regular U.S. Passport holders follow:





Tourist Visa





If travelling by commercial airline, a tourist card can be obtained at airport on arrival. If travelling by private transportation or by land, a visa is required.


Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport


1 Application form, completed and signed


2 Passport-type photographs


Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)


Copy of airline tickets or itinerary


Certification of employment, specifying the following: length of employment, position, salary.


Bank reference letter (not a bank statement) verifying opening date, number and type of account, current balance.


Business Visa





Submit your valid, signed U.S. Passport


1 Application form, completed and signed


2 Passport-type photographs


Completed Cover Page and Credit Card Authorization forms (print from browser)


Copy of airline tickets or itinerary


A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to:





Embassy of Venezuela, Visa Section, Washington DC





The letter must explain all of the following:


The traveler's position with the Company


Purpose of travel


Reference to be visited in Venezuela


Guarantee financial support and return transportation to the U.S. for the applicant.


The letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.

Fees





TDS Service Fee:





$45.00 per visa








Consular Fee:





$30.00 per visa - Tourist Visa


$60.00 per visa - Business Visa


Include credit card authorization, a check or money order payable to "Travel Document Systems, Inc." for TDS Handling Fee, Consular Fee, and return Shipping Fee.|||you will need a passport to travel out of the country. Any travel agency can advise you on how to go about getting one. It has been so long since I had one, I can't remember where i went to get it but you will also need a special passport picture taken.
